You think that Mexico has got stability problems with the rampant drug gangs that control several Mexican states, just you wait till PEMEX collapses.
Mexico's federal budget is about $250B. Without the money that PEMEX pays them $40B and the 115,000 jobs that PEMEX provides Mexico will be in some deep shit.
